hey maybe one day people will be able to talk about enjoying My Chemical Romance without adding on some unnecessary apology (ironic or otherwise) for it or just phrasing like it has to be a guilty pleasure, or emphasizing that they know it’s not the early 2000’s anymore as if music expires past a certain date, and then i won’t have to get extremely pissed off every time i try to share my genuine love for them which doesn’t require any shame whatsoever because guess what, they’re a really good band
